It is a request to all moving companies and not any one in particular.
[ Based on few feedback received from our members, I am bringing this topic for open discussion ]
Sharing container forum is meant for C2C communication of forum. That is customer to customer. We want members to work together to find
partners and share the container for moving their goods.
Please avoid posting simple cut and paste advertisement in each and every thread and posts. I see lot of this ad messages from each moving company in all threads. This will not help.
As a sponsor, you are allowed to reach to our members. But it has to be done nicely.
For example, #14 Message from Azimuth line company is very specific about the date of shipping and what cities can be accommodated.
But on the same thread post ##4 by the same company and post ##5 from another company are simple copy and paste type of posts.
Please avoid posting such posts.
Moving companies (sponsors) also can open new threads on their own and inform about availability of space in any of their container. Each company can have their own special thread created for this purpose and inform the availability to members.
I am open to more ideas of improving the quality of interaction between members and business houses in a nice way. The posts should not be irritants and at face.
I invite members and business to brainstorm any new ideas and let us know what we can do to improve your experience in this forum.
Some ideas - already in use:
1) Companies also can answer packing/shipping questions from our members. Post their website link in the answering post.
2) Participate in community activities and create interest and buzz about your company.
Unirelo has done some competition couple of years back. Also participate in several charity work through this forum.
